At SHRM, I created event marketing and social advertising packages across multiple required sizes and placements (including Instagram, Facebook, web banners, vertical banners, and print). The work was production-driven—adapting approved creative into channel-specific formats, maintaining consistency across variations, and preparing exports for delivery. Due to confidentiality, only a limited selection of examples is shown.
Role
Graphic Designer (Production / Marketing) — Executed multi-format production design and versioning for event campaigns, including resizing, formatting, export prep, and file organization within SHRM’s established brand systems.
Focus
High-volume versioning and resizing across social + web placements
Brand-compliant execution using identity guidelines established by another internal team
Clean, channel-ready exports and delivery packaging
Organized files (structure, naming, and version control) for efficient iteration
Fast turnaround support for campaign timelines and stakeholder review
Strategy & Concept
Because these campaigns were deployed across multiple channels, the priority was consistency and speed: establish a reliable template structure, then adapt typography, imagery, and hierarchy to each placement while preserving the core message and brand integrity. The approach emphasized production stability—repeatable layout rules, predictable file structure, and export-ready outputs.
System Breakdown
Template + Versioning System
Built repeatable layout patterns that scale across banner sizes and social placements
Adjusted hierarchy and spacing per format to keep messaging legible and on-brand
Brand Compliance
Executed within predetermined SHRM/Talent campaign identity guidelines, ensuring consistent typography, color, and component usage
Production Workflow
Managed size sets, naming conventions, and export formats for smooth internal delivery
QA’d final outputs to ensure accuracy across placements (cropping, safe margins, and legibility)
Outcome and Reflection
Delivered multi-size campaign packages that were consistent across channels and ready for distribution, with production workflows designed to support quick updates and reliable handoff.
Production design succeeds when systems are tight—so scaling a campaign is fast, predictable, and consistent.
